EverplastMachinery was founded in 1993. In addition toEverplast Machinery, due to therapidly expanding business, E-Plast was built atthe southern part of Taiwan, Tainan, in 2008. EverplastMachinery / E-Plast are very specialized in themanufacture of the machinery equipment for producing pipes,profiles, soft pipes, door, compounding, WPC, and tooling. Weprovide the professional extrusion lines to our customers based onthe market demand and the diversified characteristics of the resinmaterial. Overall, Everplast Machinery / E-Plasthave produced and turned out more than 800 extrusion lines innearly 20 years. WATER TANK
Utilizes vacuum pumps withratings of 3HP to 100HP. Cooling capacity of 30KGS/HR to 500KGS/HR.Positions can be adjusted front and back or left and right.Front-back movements is done by a stepless inverter motor which canmake either high speed or incremental adjustments. Water flowmetercooling device is displayed to allow control of die temperaturesand monitor temperature records. A specially designed die clampframe allows vertical and horizontal adjustment to accept molds ofall sizes. A phase control electrical protector guards againsterrors in vacuum pump rotation.
